Returns/Exchanges
We will process returns within 10 calendar days of the delivery date, at the cost of the customer, for store credit only.
Please ensure to review your package as soon as it arrives for any issues, and prior to washing or using, doing so will deem your order ineligible for return. We will process any defective item within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

Tags must be on the item and there must be no sign of wear, wash or damage to the item (this includes the smell of smoke, or other harsh chemicals, appearance of hair, animal hair, lint or any foreign particles).
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item. Returns for store credit are subject to our approval.
Once the return is approved, we must receive the item(s) within 20days of the return approval date. Any returns received later than 20days from the approval will be ineligible for return.

Returned packages for invalid addresses follow the same policies as above.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your items are declined, we will send an invoice for the shipping cost to return them to you. If the invoice is unpaid past 30 days, the items will be forfeited.

If there is an issue with an order, we may contact you at the email address used at checkout. Once we attempt to solve any issue or the product is returned to sender, after 30 calendar days of no customer contact, the item will be deemed "abandoned" and will be restocked, with no refund.
