Shipping policy

Most of our products ship within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
All items ship from Gilbert, Arizona.

If there is a processing delay or an issue with inventory, we will notify you via your email address used at checkout.

Please do take note that processing times are different and separate than shipping times.

Example: 1-3 business days to process, + if you select priority, 3-6 business days added for delivery.
This would then be 3-10 business day(s) for you to receive the order*

We cannot guarantee shipping deadlines//dates, as the courier is handling your package for delivery. Once we ship the item, based on their deadlines, we are at their mercy to meet the deadline//date listed at checkout. 

Please take note that delays may occur, as couriers are third parties. Once a package is shipped, we are at the mercy of their delivery and handling.

Delivery is determined by the shipping method selected by you at checkout. You will receive an email with a tracking number/information once your order is shipped.

OUR HOUSE ABOVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages/shipping issues once the package has been shipped. This includes delivery issues due to incorrect addresses, order information, or undeliverable addresses. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the order when checking out, and submitting their payment. If the shipping address used in your order is incorrect, we are not responsible for replacements, and insurance does not cover the order. 

However, if there is an issues please follow the steps here, for further instructions so that we can assist and possibly file a claim if needed.

If we receive a package due to, but not limited to: Insufficient Address/Return to Sender/Unable to Forward, we will email you to have a new address/a corrected address provided to re-send your items. This will result in an invoice sent for the new shipping cost to resend your package. Items are not refundable/returnable. If your order qualified for free shipping, and the package is returned for these reasons, an invoice will be sent for the new shipping label to have your package sent again.
Shipping charges only cover the delivery to one address/destination* Should you request a refund at this time, a 10% restock fee will be deducted from the final refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If there is damage to your package, we will need images of the packaging and item in order to file a claim.
If you do not have the packaging we cannot guarantee your claim will be approved.
Shipping claims for lost/not delivered items are filed 20 days after the date of shipment, to allow ample time for the package to be delivered by the courier. Shipping claims will be accepted up to 45days from the date of purchase.
Shipping claims, if approved, are good for store credit replacement only, of the value of your order.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Duties and taxes may be charged and collected upon receipt of the package, these are separate fees associated to import the package into your home country, charged by the courier delivering. These fees are non-refundable. OUR HOUSE ABOVE cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/ taxes applied to your package. The buyer will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery in some packages. Should you reject a delivery for international orders, a 10% restock fee will be deducted from the final refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
